Sonic High Intelligence Technologies is a company that sells computer products/services to local businesses in the Bay Area. The Accounts Receivable (AR) team sent a bill to collect money from a customer, but they did not respond nor pay their bill. So, AR contacted the IT Services department to turn off the customers cloud storage.

The following day the customer called their sales representative and was very upset that they were unable to access their data/information. As it turned out, the customer moved their new corporate office, but only the sales team knew of the change. The sales team contacted the IT Services department to activate the customers services. But a month later, the AR team asked IT Services department to turn off customers services for lack of payment.
