In normal condition during ventricular systole, the leftventricle is the first to begin contracting, but the rightventricle is the first to expel blood. How can you explain thisdifference? There are two different reasons! And in dilatedcardiomyopathy of the left ventricle, the ventricle can becomeenormously enlarged.
