1. Go to the TRACE starting page on Bloomberg (type TRACE ) and pick three of the five most traded bonds for the day. Just click the bond name on the screen to load the security. Please describe the issuer, the issue, and any important news that might have happen that day to explain the active trading of each bond. Type DES to get a description of the security and CN to get company news. Now type TDH to get the trade history of each bond. On the last trading day, report the amounts bought and sold by bond dealers from clients and from other dealers. Was there more buying or selling pressure? Does it make sense compared to what it is described in the news? You can also get detailed trade information by clicking on a particular day.

2. Type TSLA F8 to load Tesla equity on the terminal. You can again type DES to get a description of the security and CN to get company news. Now type OMON to get the options monitor. Type 87 to get an overview of implied volatilities by moneyness and tenor. Report the bid and offer volatility for an ATM 3M and 2Y option on TSLA. Are the bid-ask spreads large? How the mid 3M volatility does compare to the 2Y one? Does it make sense?

3. Type CLA F9 to load a certain commodity on the terminal. What commodity is this? Now type OMON to get information on options written on this commodity futures contracts. Stay on tab 81), which is for the center strike. Is there a lot of volume for all strikes and maturities? If not, how can there be bids and offers for all strikes and maturities?
