When the set is brought to the front for pickup, Buyer notices that the box clearly says the TV is a 70 inch TV. Seller does not realize the difference and Buyer takes the set home. Under the UCC (ignoring any store return policy) Buyer:

accepted the set but can revoke acceptance because it is a non conforming good.

cannot complain because a 70 inch TV is better than a 65 inch TV.
