Ryan into Alecia case Generally as human beings whether it is female or male we have to treat them as humans first As for me or to the company employees it was an absurd situation Employees in the company may not take it as a normal thing Especially with the women employees it was hard to accept him like that I would deal this situation upon the basis of FREE WILL of a person I want to tell to my employees that it was unexpected but we cannot do anything about him Like something bad happened to our daily lives we have to accept it
