Communicate Insights Here, you will identify who in the organization the results will be shared with. In addition, you will share with senior management what insights you expect to gain and how these insights will be shared with those you identified the results should be shared with. In other words, will you use reports, digital dashboard, or data visualizations to present the results of your work. Track Outcomes For the final step in the IMPACT cycle, you will identify what ongoing data and analysis will be needed to track the outcomes of this issue. Some key elements to include in this section will be what data and analysis will be needed on an ongoing basis, who will need to review and act on this, and how often will this need to be completed (i.e. is this something that will continue in perpetuity or is this something that you expect to end after a certain length of time)
