write this case in IRAC format Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion
Read the fact pattern below. Identify two (2) legal issues and IRAC those issues. You can cite to a case if a relevant case was discussed in class, or you can cite to the textbook or a link provided in the module if there is not a relevant case from class. (But you must cite something.) This is due December 7 at 11:59pm. Donny and Mark own a business (a general partnership) named Wahimert Talent, a musical talent agency. Justin. Lance, and Chris are the owners of Syncopated Industries, LLC. Syncopated Industries specializes in manufacturing digital audio production equipment, including mixers, amplifiers, and special effects pedals. All five guys are friends from their days in college when they were in the student Acapella group. "Sing-gull Dudes." At their monthly lunch get together, Donny mentions an artist they are promoting, named Bratnee Steers. Bratnee is a singing pianist with an incredible vocal range, and is able to hit the highest soprano notes, as well as the lowest bass notes. Mark adds that the problem with her range is they can't find a quality microphone that works well throughout her entire range, so it is hard to showcase her talent. They just booked her a concert as the headlining performer in six months but worry about the sound quality with regular microphones. Donny entered a contract with "The Stadium" in the city of Cascadia for the event. Justin, Lance, and Chris ask Donny and Mark if they would like to form a new business together and develop a microphone that can handle such a massive range. They all agree. They form a new business, Wide Range Mics, Inc., a close corporation. Donny, Mark, Justin, Lance, and Chris each individually own a 20% interest in the corporation. Wide Range hires some expert technical staff and designers but outsources the production to a company in Bangladesh. In order to keep costs down, Lance, acting as the CFO, asks the Bangladeshi factory manager to "do whatever it takes" to keep costs down and have it ready in two months. The factory manager warns that going any cheaper or faster will require substandard materials and that they cannot guarantee the quality of the product. Lance tells the factory manager to do it anyways but does not tell any of the other four friends about the factory manager's concerns. Wide Range finally develops a microphone that responds very well to an extremely wide range and is ready to test it only three months after forming the corporation. To test the equipment, Mark suggests they bring in Bratnee Steers to record a track. While Bratnee is recording. she grabs the microphone with her left hand and recelves an intense shock and suffers 3 rd degree burns. She is hospitalized for three months, her left hand is amputated, and her upcoming concert (which would have earned her $10 million dollars) is cancelled. Bratnee can still sing, but her days as a performing pianist are over. Bratnee has made it clear that she wants to sue. You are Bratnee's attorney, You are looking into potential lawsuits. You want to get her every possible dollar to compensate her for the situation. There are many legal issues that need to be examined to figure out if there is any viable lawsuit to file and who to name as defendants. You decide to just examine two relevant issues today. Complete a separate IRAC for two relevant issues that need to be examined prior to filing any lawsuits on behalf of Bratnee
