Managers now HAVE TO EMBRACE CHANGE. Years ago the businessworld was an old boys club with the mentality that “this is how wehave always done things and this is how we will continue to dothem”. That mindset is death in today’s market. If you’re notlearning, changing, and growing you’re dying. Managers must alwayskeep their thumb on the pulse of what is new and innovative, theyhave to know what is going on so they can anticipate thefuture.
