HR conducted a comparative survey of the rates ofpay offered by other competitors, which indicates that WoodfordHome Care rates of pay per hour for careers are lower than therates offered by other home care providers. Current evening shiftpatterns (11 p.m.–4 a.m.) are not family-friendly. The majority ofthe staff need to use taxis to return to the city as publictransport does not run from our site until 6 a.m. The cost of taxisin the area is high. Some staff are worried about their personalsafety when travelling at night. Woodford Home Care don`t offer anystaff training.
