When I am in lift if I consider physics then I am not rest according to the outside but I see all rest inside the lift and outside all are rest if you think by physics So I define that I am acclerated and got non innertial frame and as inside the lift all are rest according to me and vice versa I add pseudo force for valid Newton s law And result is finally valid
