This semester, we unexpectedly had to move classes to be100% remote/online. Employers have had to face the same challengeof suddenly managing, motivating, and maintaining productivity withall or most of their employees workingremotely/online.
1. You are now the Head of HR for Sports Marketing, afirm that works with professional sports teams on marketing andcommunity outreach programs. You have 100 employees. 75 are in theUS (spread across Boston, NYC, Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles). 25are abroad in England, Spain, New Zealand and Morocco. As the Headof HR:
a) How will you ensure that the employees feel connectedto their managers and each other?
b) How you will keep employees motivated to do theirbest work?
c) How you will help managers to stay connected toemployees?
d) How will you keep everyone up to date on how thepandemic is affecting Sports Marketing as a company, includingupdates on when offices will open?
e) How you do company meetings and any other majorinitiatives you as Head of HR can think of?
