The system shall operate in accordance with the operating country's monitoring agency and law. The examination department staff prepares and publishes the online examination schedule. The OES should allow students to view their online examination schedule. The staff sends emails and sms to students as a reminder prior to the exam date. For wrong email addresses, the system rejects the delivery and send a notification to the staff. OES Administrator is assigned privileges to define examination pattern which includes subjects and topics to be included in specific exams.
