We know that osmotic pressure, Π = CRT

Where C = concentration = molarity = ?

           R = gas constant = 0.0821 L.atm / (mol-K)

           T = Temperature = 298 K

           Π = osmotic pressure = 34.2 atm

Plug the values we get C = Π / (RT)

                                     = 34.2 / ( 0.0821 x 298)

                                     = 1.39 M

Therefore the molarity of the solution is 1.39 M
