Describe the Tone at the top of the company and how it contributed to fraudulent behavior. 2) Identify at least one Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP) that Enron violated and how. 3) Identify one Internal Control Principle that may have helped to prevent the fraud. 4) Identify one unethical behavior that you found particularly offensive and why.
