Thefirm’s tax rate is 35 percent, and the rate of return required forthis type of investment is 15 percent. Suppose the projectionsgiven for price, quantity, variable costs, and fixed costs are allaccurate to within +/-10 percent. Calculate the best-case andworst-case NPV.
