Respond to the prompt above in a minimum of 175 words: Land value is a large portion of total assets (Inc, 2021). Companies generally dont change the value of land unless it becomes significantly more or less valuable. A company I worked for never included land value in the ROA analysis. Then we decided it should be included in assets because the land value was several million dollars. Knowing that the value of land does not change much over time, should the company be including the value of the land in the return on assets equation? Why or why not?
