Project team is composed of a group of members maybe very diverse as a project will have multiple requirements and hence members are from different groups as it has to fulfill a different task which is assigned to them and is a part of the same project The purpose of any project team is to ensure that the goal of the project is achieved in the specified time and with the optimal output required In order to achieve this it becomes essential that entire team works as a cohesive hole and each member feels an important part of the team This requires excellent interpersonal skills within the team members to ensure perfect flow of information and absolute cooperation coordination and collaboration Advantage of having a thing is that the task at hand becomes easy to control and monitor and the execution and output become superlative due to diverse ideas and inputs as also a certain level of independent decision making One of the most important roles within the team however use of the team leader as every team is only as good as its leader is very much true The leader should be dynamic approachable and have all the required qualities to handle entire project from initiation 2 final stages at the same time carrying the entire team along as one maintaining    See Answer
