Given compounds CH3Cl , CH3F , CH3Br.

If the electronegativity difference of bonded atoms is more, bond polarity is more.

Order of electronegativity of F, Cl, Br is F > Cl > Br

Hence,

electronegativity difference order of bonds is  C-F > C-Cl > C-Br

Then,

Bond polarity order is  C-F > C-Cl > C-Br

Therefore,

Bond polarity order of given compounds is CH3F > CH3Cl > CH3Br

--------------------------------------

least polar = CH3Br

most polar = CH3F
