a) Lina bought a tour package to Perth for RM5,000 from Crystal Holidays. The departure date was 3 May. On 14 April, she emailed Crystal Holidays to cancel her trip.

b) Suria booked a holiday to Hanoi for RM3,000 from Bagus Travels. Her holiday was not a Package tour, as Suria was adventurous and wanted to explore the city by herself. c) Timothy booked a package tour to Manila for RM4,000 from Sunshine Holidays. The date of departure was 17 January. the tour Two was days canceled before departure, Sunshine Holidays called Timothy and informed him that the tour was canceled.

d) Yasmin bought a holiday to Istanbul for RM8,000 from Emerald Holidays. The departure date was 23 March. In January, Yasmin was promoted by her employer and she became busier than ever. She could not possibly take time out to go on a holiday. But she was so busy, she forgot to call Emerald Holidays to cancel the reservation until 5 days before the date of departure. (10 marks)
