Patient also complains ofchest pain, breathlessness, fever and weightloss.  Sputum for AFB was done twice and it was negative.We proceeded with a diagnostic bronchoscopy. There were noendobronchial lesions. Bronchial wash from the right lower loberevealed numerous acid fast bacilli.
