Mrs B died on 10 June 2023. In terms of Mrs B's last Will dated 4 April 2022, she bequeathed her share portfolio to her daughter, C (aged 13) and the residue of her estate to her son, D (aged 19). Mrs B had a previous Will that was executed and signed in 2002(before D's birth) in which she bequeathed her entire estate to her husband Mr B (C and D's father). Mr B passed away in 2020.
Mrs B's Will dated 4 April 2022 was signed by two witnesses, her neighbour Mrs N and Mrs B's daughter, C.
Discuss who will inherit Mrs B's estate. Motivate your answer with reference to the relevant legislation.
