• The formwork rate is OMR 5 OMR / square meter.
• The diesel consumption for the mixer machine is 3 liters /hour.
• The diesel machine needs to work for 4 hours to mix concrete forone foundation.
• The average price of diesel is OMR 0.277 / liter.
• The share of the rent of the mixer machine is OMR 6.500 for onefoundation.
• Steel is to be excluded from this calculation.
• Prices for the raw materials are as follows:
o Cement: OMR 1.700 / bag
o Sand: OMR 15 / cubic meter
o Aggregate: OMR 18 / cubic meter
