Patient is failing out of school, can’t getout of bed in the mornings for classes, and is overwhelmed withdecision making. Patient does not have a good support systemoutside of partner. Patient reports feeling depressed and anxious.Assign a name (make one up) and gender to the patient in the abovecase.
