To solve this problem were going to go backwards from F2 The second generation shows 2128 Purple stem and Dwarf stem height 3617 Purple and Normal 1277 Non purple and Dwarf and 2978 Non purple and Normal When analyzing this we observe 5745 of Purple versus 4355 of NonPurple as well as 3405 of Dwarf versus 6505 of normal This indicates that Normal is dominant over Dwarf The percentages of Purple and NonPurple are very similar which in principle would suggest codominanceBut at least one of the P1 parental generation should be heterozygous    See Answer
