                HNO2 + NaOH ---------> NaNO2 + H2O

     I          0.67    0.281                   0           

    C       -0.281   -0.281                0.281       

    E       0.389      0                        0.281        

   Pka = -logKa

= -log4*10-4

= 3.3979

         PH   = Pka + log[NaNO2]/[HNO2]

                 = 3.3979 + log0.281/0.389

                 = 3.3979-0.1412 = 3.2567
