A and B intentionally did not declare dividend on due time according to the regulation of Company. After that A and B convinced the majority of partners in share and distributed dividend among them. When they took the decision in meeting, Mr X appealed to know and intended to participate in meeting. But Company neither allowed him to know the decision nor allowed to inquire account book of Company. Mr. X found wrong and applied before court for appropriate remedy under Company Law.
