What risks did I scan for in the environment leading up to the pandemic? How did I anticipate them? 2. What risks did I identify since the start of the pandemic? How did you react to them? 3. What risks did I analyze since the start of the pandemic? How did you change based on your analysis? 4. What risks did I treat since the start of the pandemic? How successful was the outcomes? 5. What risks am I going to monitor for the remainder of the pandemic? How are you preparing for them? B - Employee Risk Each student must answer the following questions: 1. How could I help an organization better prepare for unexpected risks? What is my role to assist in the anticipation? 2. How could I help an organization "pivot' to adapt to unexpected risks? What is my role to assist in the change? 3. How could I help an organization better predict unexpected risks? What is my role to assist in the forecasting? Deliverable The outcome of the Critical Review will be one of the following two options: a) Report that is single-spaced, 12-point font, and 4-5 pages in length excluding the cover page b) Presentation slides and a video recording that is 4-5 minutes in length The Report or Presentation will be based on the following components: i) Answer the questions listed in Part A & B ii) Structure the information according to these sections: 1. Cover page/slide with Student Name and ID 2. Introduction 3. Student Risk 4. Employee Risk 5. Conclusions Rubric Each of the Introduction, Student Risk, Employee Risk and Conclusions sections will be worth 5 marks for a total of 20 marks. The 5 marks for each of these 4 sections are based on a scale of 0-5 such as: 0 -section is missing 1-2 -doesn't meet expectations -meets expectations 4-5 -exceeds expectations 3 (Please note: The expectations are based on providing relevant answers and delivering those answers in a clear, concise, and professional manner.)
