McGilla Golf has decided to sell a new line of golf clubs. Thecompany would like to know the sensitivity of NPV to changes in theprice of the new clubs and the quantity of new clubs sold. Theclubs will sell for $850 per set and have a variable cost of $450per set. The company has spent $155,000 for a marketing study thatdetermined the company will sell 59,000 sets per year for sevenyears. The marketing study also determined that the company willlose sales of 10,000 sets of its high-priced clubs. The high-pricedclubs sell at $1,150 and have variable costs of $750.
