Eating vitamin fortified foods or vitamin supplements a harmless form form of health insurance

by taking vitamin supplements or vitamin fortified foods doesn’t cause any toxicity.

only vitamin a and niacin causes toxicity by taking excess amount

niacin is produced in the body and vitamin a is required to take exogenously

most vitamin supplements are water soluble vitamins ( vitamin b and vitamin c)which doesn’t produce any toxicity even if we take excess amount because it is eliminated in urine and not stored in the body

moreover most of the vitamin are produced in the body so they have to be taken orally.
