Implement four blinking LEDs on your DE2 board. Your code shouldblink four LEDs at 100 Hz, 10 Hz, 2 Hz and 1 Hz respectively. Foreach of the blink frequencies, the LED should be set to a 50% dutycycle (ON for half of the time). This design should be made inQuartus as a behavioral VHDL design.
