Supreme Rental Car Company has got many branches all over the country. Customers who arrive at the Branch may request for a car, for days or for months. Customer has to submit a form, which includes customer's personal details and total days for which car is required, Also a copy of the driving license card is given to staff in the branch. The car is given to customer and staff collects advance payment from the custom. The payment details is stored into a file. When the customer returns the car after use, a bill is given to the customer with balance amount to be paid. Staff receives payment from customer and stores these details. At the end of a day, all cash collected will be deposited into Bank. The staff checks the returned by car customer to find out if it needs any service. If any service is required, service details will be sent to Service Company for approval.
