We know that Molarity , M = ( mass/molar mass) x ( 1000/Volume in mL)

Given Molarity,M = 0.212 M

      Mass of CuCl2 = 6.74 g

Molar mass of CuCl2 = At.mass of Copper + ( 2xAt.mass of chlorine)

                                = 63.5+(2x35.5)

                                 = 134.5 g/mol

Volume of the solution = ?

Plug the values we get  Volume in mL = ( mass/molar mass) x ( 1000/M)

                                                       = (6.74/134.5) x (1000/0.212)

                                                      = 236.4 mL

Therefore the volume of the required solution is 236.4 mL
