Help to fix incorrect Excel Formula (IPMT) to calculate Interest on Loan for particular Period/Year (SEE SCREENSHOT COMPARISON FOR CORRECT VALUES)

Using the below formula, I am able to calculate correctly the values for the first column/year, but when dragging the formula down to the right, but the values are not correct.

=IPMT($B$6/12, $A15, $B$4*12, $B$2)
