Healthy Food Inc. is a Canadian chain of grocery stores acrossOntario. But many employees believe more should bedone. They are pretty sure that the management installed somehidden cameras in other places which are unknown to theemployees.

c) Assume that the government of Ontario is concernedabout the actions taken by the employees as the government viewsthe work at the grocery stores as "essential services". Thegovernment passes legislation to amend the Ontario Labour RelationsAct and its mandatory strike vote provisions. Whilecurrently, more than 50 per cent of those votinghave to vote in favour of a strike for the strike to be lawful, thenew amendment requires that more than 75 per cent of those votingvote in favour.
