Group Case: Parking in Parksville Lee Wind travelled to Vancouver Island for a vacation to visit the sand sculpture competition in Parksville, BC. He marveled at the beautiful oceanfront boardwalk, the beachy feel of the town, and the volume of tourists that flood the area in the summertime.
