It will be a60 hour per week assignment and you will work closely togetherevery day, and your bonus at the end of the 6 month period isdependent on the work you both do. Looking at the big 5 traits,identify 2 that you would want your partner to have a high ratingin, and which 3 you would be okay with your partner having a lowrating in. your partner can have no middle scores, only high andlow ( though most people have scores in the middle). So, the Big 5are conscientiousness, Openness, Agreeableness, extroversion andNeuroticism. A high score means that person has more of that trait( see the Big 5 chart in the text) and low score means that theperson has less of that trait. List two that you would want as hightraits in your future work partner, three that you would accept asa low traits, and for each one example why you made thatchoice.
