a)Chemistry of the Peroxo chromates:
peroxochromate is prepared by reacting hydrogen peroxide with metal chromate at low temperatures
2CrO42- + 8H2O2 -----------> 2[Cr(O2)4]2- + 8H2O
[Cr(O2)4]2- is called tetraperoxochromate with oxidation number +4 and is reduced by hydrogen peroxide,which results in forming tetraperoxochromate(V)
2[Cr(O2)4]2- + H2O2 + 2OH- ----------->   2[Cr(O2)4]3- + 2H2O + O2
From this reaction [Cr(O2)4]4- can also form which is unstable and has oxidaation number +6

b) Electronic structure of Mn(III) compunds:
   electronic configuration of Mn+3 is [Ar]3d4

c) Chemistry of Manganese (IV) complexes:
   The +3 oxidation state compounds of Manganese complexes, are quite powerful oxidizing agents in aqueous solutions and also disproptionate forming manganese(II) and manganese(IV) complexes.
