Design a semester long project using RAW cells or mouse macrophageswith protocols ranging from counting cells to using flow cytometrywith the use of fluorescent microspheres. Other protocols includeNO measurement production by Greiss Reaction, detection ofapoptosis, western blot. Can use some mice for peritonealinjections with CD11b PE.
