Design a concrete mix for the superstructure of abuilding using DoE mix design method requiring a characteristicstrength of 40MPa at 28days and a slump of 30-60mm. The materialsavailable are ordinary Portland cement, and uncrushed fine andcoarse aggregates of specific gravity of 2.65. The maximum nominalsize of coarse aggregate is 10mm and fine aggregate confirms to thegrading zone III. Neglect the effect of standard deviation andother factors.
