design a circuit that has thermal sensor and comparator.. the circuit should behave in such a way that when the thermal sensor receives a voltage ,the voltage is used by comparator to compare if the voltage is equivalent to the standard of the comparator which 37 degrees Celsius. if the voltage is low or high, the circuit then produces a heating or cooling effect to match the standard....the circuit should also have a timing circuit for how long the heating effect or cooling effect should take till the standard is met

its for my project please help.
