Job Summary
The Haywood Institute is currently seekingentry-level and experienced therapists to provide home-basedtreatment to our clients using the principles of Applied BehaviorAnalysis (ABA). Haywood Institute offers:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interventionist in the education/treatment ofchildren & adolescents with autism.
- Implement treatment plans to support acquisition of social,communication, academic and daily
- living skills.
- Assist with assessment and implementation of behaviormanagement plans; record and help
- analyze data on a daily basis.
- Participate in group and individualized training meetings on aregular basis.
- Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing with a passion for helping clientsachieve their true potential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated,creative, and dependable.
- Comfortable working with children/adolescents who displaybehavior challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred and is required for someclients. Alternatively, we may be able to
- consider candidates who have completed a minimum of 48 collegesemester credits.
- Coursework in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or earlyeducation preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
Availability:
- Specific schedules will depend upon coordinating client's andemployee's availability
- Part-Time positions: Services occur weekdays from 3-6pm. Approx6 hours per week
- Intent to remain invested in the position for a minimum of oneyear.
Locations:
- Opportunities to serve one or more clients in communities suchas Fort Valley or Warner Robins.
Benefits / Compensation:
- Pay range $15 - $16 per hour dependent upon experience andeducation (starting at $14/hr
- without BA)
- Pay for travel time and mileage reimbursement (between jobsites).
