CVS is a very successful company that has been one of theleading publicity owned companies in the US. There headquarters isbased out of Woonsocket, R.I. A company that has over 290, 000employees that help to ensure the success of the company everyday.CVS aims to be a leading company that will provide the testing thatis needed globally for the corona virus by allowing drive intesting. By providing testing to those that may not be able to getit regularly they will be able to save more individuals. Thiscompany always go up and beyond for their customers they provideservices that are able to be affordable for the purchase of theirmedications. I use them on a regular basics when I need aprescription refills they are very professional and they neverdisappoint. The company should do a review of how their profit isdoing every five years so that they can get a idea of new methodsor ideas that can be introduced.
Where i currently work at we have a Suggestion box that myDirector always check to get an idea of what the customers willlike to see change or use it as way that they can show theiremployees that they are appreciated by appointing an employee ofthe month by doing so that may drive the employees that may notfeel appreciated to see that the company that they give all theytime that they could be spending with their families especially onholidays. I also feel that the company should come up with in storeevents that would draw the attention to customers that may not be aregular customer. When i was in the Navy there were times that Ireally regretted signing up because I felt like my command didn'tappreciate me so i was ready to get out, then i met a manager thatappreciated his employees and would constantly tell us without ushe wouldn't be anything.
