NH4Cl millimoles = 100 x 0.075 = 7.5

LiOH millimoles = 76 x 0.1 = 7.6

NH4Cl + LiOH ----------------------------> NH4OH + LiCl

LiOH is strong base . so pH decided by LiOH

LiOH concentration = millimoles / total volume

                                 = 0.1 / 100+ 76

                                 = 5.68 x 10^-4 M

pOH = -log [OH-] = -log (5.68 x 10^-4) = 3.25

pH +pOH =14

pH = 10.75
