She works to modify them for the winter months, but has no success. Around 18 months after her first sale she files her patent application. - C. A invents a game that makes sense, it's called Lookugon. He keeps the game to himself for about 18 months while he keeps on improving it. Finally he files a patent application. - D. Elaine invents a radical new and useful microphone. She tells all her friends in the at school, puts an announcement on Facebook saying she has developed a better and radical microphone and that it is soon coming to market. She gets lots of inquiries and requests to purchase. But she has not yet made an offer, nor will she take an order yet. About 18 months from the date of her public announcements she files her patent application
