Contrastingly, authoritative figures do not value rapport nortrust. There is no rapport because authority figures do not placevalue on the input of their teams (although they may want/need it)but it is only by force that input is given. Authority figures tendto dictate what happens and when it will happen through demands.Trust and rapport are generally non-existent because there is noteam, only authority and subordinate. One-way communication fromleader to subordinate does not create an atmosphere of bottom-upcommunication and ultimately leads to poor rapport.
