Below is summary of meeting minutes during the design of SingleSampling Plan. Three people attended this meeting. These are thesupplier, consumer, and inspector.
The consumer said that “if the fraction of the incoming shipmentis less than or equal to 0.01, I will consider the shipment as a“GOOD SHIPMENTâ€
After a long discussion, they agreed that the bad shipment isthe shipment with probability of having nonconforming item greaterthan or equal 0.13.
The supplier and consumers are agreed to assign 0.05 and 0.10 tothe values of their risk, respectively.
