Purchase Orders will be raised by the computerised system and sent to the suppliers for the relevant stock item. 4. Issues of stock for promotion or replacement are issued on a Stock Item Issued form, which is similar to a Material Requisition in its use. 5. Sales are written off the stock using the Stock Item number as the key. 6. Out of season stock is written down in value with a Stock Item Obsolete form. 7. All forms are authorised by the Shift Manager as Doras is open 7 days and on evenings twice a week. REQUIRED Draw a system flowchart of Doras Dresses stock control system.
