H1 - Aparna Group of Hospitals

H2 -Vivek Metro Hospital

1. Political - Political environment in these 2 institututions include various government laws, rebate for the poor , medical insurance claims , Rates of some medical expenditure, medical equipments disposal, Staff to be managed ,etc

Aparna Group uses Medical equipments but does not dispose it in a proper procedural manner and treats it similar to any other waste. on the other hand , Vivek metro hospital treats the waste -in a proper manner and disposes as per norms. Here, H2 is more stable than H1

2. Economic - Economic forces that impact the organization are Rates of medical equipments , Government policies ,etc.

Example : H1 clients are more weaker economically and often defaullties, but they also get government rebates so that they could reach out to more people. On the other hand, the clients of H2 are tier 2 city people but niether they get rebates nor they have a good brand name int he city. Looking to this caselet, H1 is more ecnomically stable than H2

3. Social - H1 saw a growth in Corona in feb 2021 and started planning resources as per the trnd analysis and thae basic facilites they could arrange. On the other hand , H2 was not able to analyse the Corona cases and started arranging equipments, medical needs, etc int he late March. After the Lockdown, H1 could manage it patients as it was proacively ready with the resources while H2 could not render its patients tjus leading to worse management issues. Here, Socially H1 is more stable as it was able to analyse and work over the trend of the disease.

4. Technological - A new machine is recently designed so that it could help in better heart sugery and also saves time of doctors. It is also designed not to produce more harm to human body that initaites fast recovery. H1 discussed it with the Heart Sugeons and ordered the machinery while H2 did not give more attention to it and did not order it and continued with the same procedure of heart sugery. Later, the machine was in high demand and the pricesn of it went abruptly high due to monoply and high demand. Also the government supported the machine manufacturing company as it was faster and efficient medical device. Here , H1 is more technological stable as it initially had the machinery at less cost and also the doctors have more hands on experience with that machine within that specified time.

Thus, Overall Aparna group of Hospital (H1) is more stable Economically , Technologically and Socially whereas Vivek Metro hospital is more Politically Stable.
