As we discussed in our class the notion of organizationalculture, structure and styles of management from the perspectivesof Handy’s (1976) and Miles & Snow (1978). These authorsprovided their frameworks that are different from each other’s.What you have to do: Take an organization with which you arefamiliar or imaginary organization and evaluate & relate orapply Handy’s and Miles & Snow’s typologies (scientific/logicalclassification/steps of organizational culture, structure andstyles) that they provided in their approaches or framework.
