Estado I: Las acciones en circulacin son acciones no emitidas y emitidas actualmente en poder de los accionistas.

Artculo 2

Estado I: En el caso de capital social sin expresin de valor nominal, el capital legal es el valor total declarado de las acciones emitidas y suscritas ms cualquier exceso sobre el valor declarado.

Estado II: La compra de acciones propias aumenta el nmero de acciones emitidas pero reduce el nmero de acciones en circulacin.
